Growing up I knew that one day I would grow my family through adoption, when I was a young girl watching Adoption Stories on TV. Though I never imagined ever going the route of international special needs adoption, until I was introduced to Reece’s Rainbow. I have started the process of adoption to adopt an older child (girl) from an Eastern Europe Country. She has Down Syndrome, which her country sees as a sin, unworthy of anyone's love, but in my opinion that's far from the truth. Just through pictures I've fallen in love with this beautiful little girl and can't wait to make her my daughter officially and have her be a part of my family. This Process can cost up to $40,000, any amount of money $1, $5, etc. helps out in every way to get me closer to fully funded and moving faster along the process. I am currently home study approved and am moving along to the next step in this journey.
