✨WE’RE ADOPTING✨
We announced back in June that we are hoping to adopt. The process so far has been scary but exciting. We so excited to be in the journey and hope that we can bring home Baby M someday. We’re so ready to expand our family from 2 to 3 and become parents to a precious baby boy or girl.
•We’re engaged with an adoption agency. •We’ve created our Adoptive Parents Profile Book •We’re nearly done with our home study.
Adoption agencies can charge anywhere from $20-80K for infant adoption. Thankfully we have found a good non-profit agency. However, the cost is still high which is the reason for the fundraiser.
We are asking all of our Family, Friends, distant friends, churches, and other organizations to take a few minutes and read our story and share! We understand that times are hard and not everyone has extra money just laying around. BUT if you want to help us become parents and can donate even 5 dollars or more, that would help us. We are eternally grateful for any contributions that are made to help us with our adoption.
As of November 22, we are very excited to announce that we are HOME STUDY APPROVED!!! 🥳🎉🎊🥂
So, what happens now? Well, with the home study approval, birth parents or birth mothers, will now be able to review our adoption books to learn who we are and see if we are the family they want their beautiful baby to be apart of. We're so happy to be at this point in the process, there is still a long road ahead of us, but this is a major step!
