We’re thrilled to share that our family is growing in a very special way—we’re adopting!
Our journey, to building our family has not been easy. Over the years, we have walked through challenges we never expected, including Madison’s battle with endometriosis, cancer, infertility, and ultimately an unexpected hysterectomy after the birth of our daughter, Maren. Each step came with grief, uncertainty, and difficult decisions, but through it all, one thing has remained constant: our desire to grow our family.
Maren is especially excited to become a big sister. She already has so much love to give and cannot wait to share her world, her laughter, and her heart with a sibling.
Giving back isn’t just something we do—it’s who we are. Whether it’s Carl serving others through his work in the nonprofit world or Madison supporting and empowering her patients in women’s health, we’re committed to making a difference where it matters most.
Now, as we grow our family through adoption, we’re leaning on that same sense of community. We’ve launched a crowdfunding campaign to help make this dream a reality, and any support—big or small—brings us one step closer to our goal.
