We are adopting a child!
We are beyond grateful and doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home.
As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption-related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $15,000 with AdoptTogether to help overcome the financial barriers that often overwhelms adoptive parents. Donations are tax deductible.
We hope by inviting you into our process, you will see yourself as part of the community we wish to build around our child as he/she grows up.
Most importantly, we ask that you begin praying for our family as we take this leap of faith.

Hello everyone!
I'm very pleased to share that we've progressed to the post placement phase. Praise God! We're unable to share many details at this time but know that we will share more as soon as we can.
We've certainly felt the goodness and faithfulness of God. What a privilege THIS is. We're learning so much every day. We're overjoyed to say the least.

Travel plans are made! We’re packing and preparing for our time away. As we get ready to hit the road, we ask for continued prayers.
Here are some of the specific needs to pray for:
- travel mercies
- clear communication and understanding
- pray for me, pray for Chad, pray for birth mother and her support system
- pray that others will see Christ through us
- spiritual warfare
- financial needs, grant approvals, etc.
- pray for our families
My heart is full from all of the support that folks have shown us throughout this process. Helping us raise funds, sacrificially giving their time and resources.

We completed our homestudy. It was a positive experience. We’re excited to see progress with our journey.
