We are excited to announce that our new son, Miles Christopher Myers, was born on 8/30/24 and has been officially placed with our family on 9/2/24.

Miles is our first child and we could not be more blessed to have such an amazing baby joining our family. Melanie and I have been talking about adopting since the day we met, and finally started the adoption process back in January 2023. As anyone who has adopted knows, the process is long and at times difficult but the smile on Miles’ face makes it 1000% worth all of the effort.

Many people are surprised to hear that the direct domestic adoption-related costs in Ohio are about $30k or more. We are starting this crowdfunding campaign to give the opportunity to our community to help ease the financial burden if they wish to help. We had to put a goal but we are really so appreciative of any amount that we are able to raise toward our adoption fund.

We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around Miles as he grows up.
