We have some BIG news—our family is growing again through adoption!

Since September 2022, our lives have been forever changed. If you’ve met Isa, you already know—she brings so much joy, light, and color not just into our lives, but into every room she walks into. Being her parents has been one of the greatest gifts, and through her, we’ve experienced God’s love in such a deep and personal way.

Over time, God has been gently and clearly leading our hearts again, and as a family, we’ve said a wholehearted “yes” to growing our family through adoption once more. This journey looks a little different now with a toddler keeping us on our toes, but it has been so sweet, full, and exciting in its own way.

We are so grateful to share that we are now in the matching phase.

This means that all of our paperwork and requirements have been completed, and we received our home study certification in September 2025. We’ve also been officially accepted by Texas Adoption Center (Adoption Agency). At this stage, we are now being presented with profiles of expectant mothers. When we feel led, we have the opportunity to share our family profile and express our commitment.

From there, the expectant mother reviews and ultimately chooses the family she feels most connected to. When she makes that decision, it becomes a “match.” That is when we would begin building a relationship with her and walk alongside her leading up to the baby’s arrival.

This season has been filled with anticipation, prayer, and trust. We truly feel God moving in our family again, and we are holding onto that with so much hope.

As with adoption, there are also financial steps involved. Once we are matched, we will need to be prepared to cover half of the adoption costs, with the remaining balance due at placement when the baby is born. We have seen God’s faithfulness in every season of our lives, and we trust that He will continue to provide in His perfect way and timing.

More than anything, we would deeply appreciate your prayers—for the expectant mother, for this child, and for our family as we walk through this journey. Your love and support mean so much to us, and we are so grateful to have such an incredible community surrounding us.
