We are adopting!

We were matched with a wonderful birth mother in August and are anxiously awaiting our sweet boy to join us in April!

Adoption is very costly! Some of the expenses we are responsible for are: - Lawyer Fees - Support for the birth mother (rent, bills, medical needs, etc.) - Clerk Fees - Office Costs - Travel Expenses

Also, because of adoption laws in Louisiana, we will have to stay in state lines for up to 4 weeks. Adam does not get parental leave at his job, so we will be living off of one income during that time.

We cannot express how thankful we are to everyone who has helped us during this process so far! Every little bit matters, so any contributions made to our adoption fund would be greatly appreciated!

We have decided to name our sweet boy Samuel Thomas Otte to represent one of the many verses we have often turned to since we began this journey…
