We’re thrilled to share some wonderful news: David and I are embarking on the beautiful journey of adoption! After discovering that having biological children isn’t an option due to Rachel’s stage 3 ovarian cancer diagnosis at just 20 years old, we knew we needed to find an alternative path. Rachel’s journey felt like it was just beginning, and the idea of planning for kids was still a dream on the horizon. Hearing from doctors that she wouldn’t be able to conceive after her surgery was an incredibly hard blow.

Now, after years of reflection and countless prayers, we feel a strong calling towards adoption. We’re officially homestudy approved, our background checks are done, and the nursery is all set up with supplies for any child. Our adoption profile has been active for a little over a year, which means the expenses continue to rise. If you feel moved to contribute, we would be immensely grateful for your support!
