For those of you who don’t already know, we are adopting a BABY! A newborn to be exact.
We have always wanted to start our own family and now after 7.5 years together we are finally ready to begin! We are finally at the point that we will be able to go “Active” with American Adoptions (aka be presented to birth mothers) by January of 2024.
As many will assume, adoption is extremely expensive and our journey has been no exception. We’ve seen average costs in our area go up to $70,000. This is why we have set a goal of $60,000 to help ease the monstrous financial burden we have found ourselves in.
We know it takes a village to raise a child and with this maybe you can be a part of that.
