We are so excited to have the opportunity to grow our family through adoption! We are home study approved, and waiting to be matched with an expectant mother.
What we have learned during this journey is that the fees that go along with adoption are very high. This is understandable. However, the legal costs, agency fees, and other miscellaneous costs may possibly exceed $45,000, and this is very challenging for us to afford with our salaries as a public school special education teacher, and a merchandiser for a soft drink company.
We are hopeful that with the help of grants, fundraisers, and crowdfunding. We will be able to make our dream of becoming parents a reality. We are beyond grateful for any help, or support we receive.
