We have BIG news!
If you haven't already heard, we are ADOPTING a baby!
We could not feel more ready and excited as we prepare to welcome a new little life into our family and home! After months of waiting with little movement and through much prayer and guidance, we changed course to partner with an adoption consultant who has helped us tremendously. We just signed with our agency, Heart to Heart and are about to become an active waiting family, during this stage is when we will be matched.
As part of this process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption-related costs can easily total up to $50-$60 thousand! This is why we have set a goal of $51,000 to help ease the financial burden that can often overwhelm adoptive families. In addition, we are actively applying for adoption grants.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as a part of the community we hope to build around our child as they grow.
