We are adopting (again)! :)

We have embarked on another journey to grow our family, and are doing all we can to be prepared to welcome a sweet, bundle of joy into our home.

Did you know that adoption-related costs can easily total around $35,000? That is why we have set the fundraising goal of $30,000–to ease the financial burden that can often feel very daunting for adopting families.

    May Adoption & Fundraising Update

    Howdy, folks!

    Just wanted to show up here with a quick update...We are well underway in our home study--most of the paperwork is done, and a home visit is to be scheduled very soon! We also had another fundraiser this month for Mother's Day weekend. The funds from that plus some other donations from friends and family bring us to a total of $9,764.84 net donations.

    God is working out our plan. He is the One making a way, and he is using you. We are grateful. For the donations, yes, but also for every prayer, every share, every encouragement. To God be the glory!

    Fundraising Update!

    Hello! We hope everyone enjoyed Easter weekend with their families--He is risen!

    We’re so grateful to share a quick adoption fundraising update! Through our Cause Team t-shirt fundraiser, Easter Bake Sale, and other generous donations, we’ve raised $8,206.12 in net funds so far--we've made some great headway in this first month! We are incredibly thankful for everyone who has contributed to the very beginning of our journey — whether through giving, sharing, praying, or encouraging us along the way.

    We’re also excited to be starting the home study process, looking into possible grants soon, and hoping to begin working with an agency in The Woodlands in the near future! Thank you for being part of our support system and for walking this path with us. As they say, it takes a village :)
