We are Deidre & Dennis! We are two public school teachers who live in a small town in New York (approximately an hour and a half outside of NYC). Deidre is a math teacher and Dennis teaches Earth Science. We have been together for 9 years and married for 3. We have a beautiful home on lakefront property, 2 dogs, 1 cat and a big, close, loving family. We love to hike and spend as much time as possible outdoors. Our child will have lots of little cousins, VERY excited and loving grandparents, and a lot of fun and loving aunts and uncles. 🙂
Adoption has always been the path for us. When we were ready to start our family, there was no question in our hearts that meant adoption. It is a huge part of our family and the path we know we are meant to be on.
Unfortunately, adoption is extremely expensive. It is not easy for us to ask for financial help, but we know we can't do it without your help. Please know that we are eternally grateful for your part in bringing our child home. ♥️
