We are adopting a child!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home.
Many of you know we’ve been on this journey for some time. What you may not know, is we’ve already faced some disappointments that have caused us to take a step back for a short break. We’re now moving forward again, full steam ahead, and we’re excited to see what God has planned for our family!
As our nation continues to disregard the sanctity of life, we believe the church can make a difference by adopting, funding adoptions, providing support & encouragement for women with unplanned pregnancies, prayer, and more! Ryan and I hope to do it all!
You may not feel like adoption is right for you at this time, but you can still be involved by praying and giving.
As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $30,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents. We are also saving and applying for grants at this time.
