Hello, we are Iaasac and Crystal Simpson, and we are excited to adopt!
We’ve been married for six and a half years, and we both knew we wanted children early on. We decided to start trying to expand our family after about a year of marriage. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as easy as we had hoped. We’ve spent the last several years going through testing, fertility treatments, and pregnancy loss. We never wavered from wanting to be parents despite the heartbreaking losses we have endured. After a lot of prayer and discussion, we decided that we wanted to pursue adoption to expand our family. We feel God is leading us to the beauty of adoption as part of our story.
After waiting for over a year, we have officially matched with an expectant mother! We are so excited and can’t wait to bring our baby home. We are anticipating our final out-of-pocket cost to be between 50-52k. That includes agency fees, attorney, travel and other adoption-related fees. We wouldn't have to fundraise in a perfect world, and we are genuinely humbled by this entire experience.
We have prayed about this and know that God has a plan for our family. With the help, love and sacrifice of our VILLAGE, we will have the family we've been praying for. Baby Simpson!!
