Competing in Stark Naked two years ago was a transformative event in my life.
I remember I was initially hesitant to enter but when it was over I know I looked better, I certainly felt better and I performed better in every one of my normal daily activities. Winning was just the (sugar free) icing on the (gluten free) cake.
This year I’m excited to again challenge myself to look better than last time and I’m looking forward to raising money for my charity, AdoptTogether, which is a non-profit crowd funding platform for adoption.
Shockingly, the average adoption costs up to $50,000 and AdoptTogether helps families engage their community to remove the financial barrier to adoption. So far AdoptTogether has helped over 5,000 families fundraise and bring their children home.
