We are so excited to finally be moving forward in our adoption process. It has definitely been a journey so far and we are doing everything we can to welcome a new life into our home.
As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption-related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. That is why we have set a goal of $25,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.
We cannot wait for the moment we get to bring Baby Stegemiller home and we appreciate all of those around us who are willing to help us with any kind of support to see this dream of being parents a reality.
Tony and I are so happy to finally have our Home Study completed. I'm happy to say we were approved to adopt!
We know need to narrow down an adoption agency that will work best with our needs/wants and we believe we have found such a place. We have submitted our application and are working to set up a time to meet with the wonderful people at Unexpected Blessings very soon.
