We are adopting a baby boy in March!
As many of you may be aware, we have been hoping to grow our family for the past few years. We have undergone multiple rounds of IVF, sadly experienced 3 miscarriages, and have been pursuing adoption for over a year. It has been an emotional, physical, and financial rollercoaster of a journey for all of us involved. It is hard to put into words the pure joy we are all feeling at the moment, knowing that we are finally going to meet the baby we have been waiting and praying for!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome our beautiful little boy into our home.
As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption-related costs can easily total up to $45,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $25,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as a part of the community we hope to build around our child as he grows up!
