Hi, we’re Flor and Jared. Adoption has been close to our hearts from the very beginning. Long before we ever faced questions about how we might grow our family, we talked about adoption—not as a backup plan, but as a beautiful, meaningful way to become parents.

Over the years, through friends, and personal experiences, we’ve seen the power of adoption to change lives. We’ve always believed that love—not biology—is what truly makes a family. What’s never wavered is our deep desire to be parents and to build a home filled with unconditional love, laughter, and warmth.

We’re now in the middle of the adoption process and are excited (and a little nervous!) about the journey ahead. Like most adoptive families, we’ve quickly learned that while adoption is incredibly rewarding, it also comes with significant financial costs—including agency fees, legal services, travel expenses, and home study requirements. These can add up to $30,000–$50,000 or more, depending on the situation.

We’re committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and loving home to a child, and we’re doing everything we can to make this dream a reality—including applying for grants, saving, and now reaching out to our community. Your support will directly help us cover the expenses required to bring our future child home.
