We are adopting a child from INDIA!

We are so excited to share this news with you all as we embark on our long journey ahead. We always knew we wanted to adopt at some point in our lives and recently it made it so much clearer that we are ready to do this now. There are so many orphaned children around the world and India alone has 30 million. Many of these children too have some level of special needs which also felt like the right decision for us due to our personal experiences.

Although we are in the beginning phases of our adoption, the process of adoption is expensive and there are many expenses including a home study, agency fees, travel costs, etc. which is all estimated to be about $45k. Many of these fees are needed to be paid in the beginning as well, before you are even matched with a child!

We are looking forward to each step of this incredible journey and will be praying for God’s guidance along the way. We are already in love with this little child and cannot wait to bring him/her home!
