We have exciting news!
We are adopting! 🤍 from Colombia!! 🇨🇴
We have desired to be parents for many many years. We finally decided to pursue international adoption from Colombia (Pablo’s birth country!) with hopes to grow our family. We are so excited. With excitement, there is also reality of the hardships of adoption. Including lots of waiting, financial stress, and making space for the trauma and heartbreak of the future child. We know the Lord is calling us to this and that he is faithful in the waiting and faithful in providing for his children. We can’t wait to see how the Lord works to make this possible.
With that being said - international adoption for us will cost around $35,000. While we are trying to work more, save more, apply for grants, selling tshirts and using money we’ve already saved up - we still have a long way to go. In order to start our home study we need to pay the first agency fee which is $4,425. Then in 3-6 months when that is completed another $4,425 and then so on as we advance in the process. We know this is a lot. And we are praying every step of the way that the Lord provides. I would like to ask for any donation to put towards this process. Anything is such a blessing. And if you’re unable to give, we yearn for your prayers.
