Jonah and Jadeyn Weece

Dear friends and family,

There are moments in life that can shake your world. For us, those moments have consumed our thoughts and prayers for the past few years. We have been hoping to begin our family for quite some time now. What we imagined would be a joyful and exciting chapter of life slowly became a time of confusion and heartache. After many appointments, tests, and conversations with doctors, all we were left with was unexplained infertility. When tempted to be overwhelmed by fear or anxiety, our prayers instead, led us to a clear path. With hopeful hearts, we want to share that path with you. We are beginning the journey to adopt!

God has clearly led us to an agency called Texas Christian Adoptions. This is a time of hope and anticipation as we are looking to raise $47,000. These funds in full will allow us to become a waiting family and allow us to adopt when the opportunity arises. We are asking that you consider partnering with us through these three prayers:

(1) Pray for our future baby and their birth mother. We don’t know her name or her story yet, but God does and our prayer is that she would see the love that her Father in Heaven has for her. We don’t know when we may meet our baby but please pray for their safety, their health, and their life even now.

(2) Pray that through generous donations we would be fully funded by the end of 2026. As you pray about potentially giving, we are asking that you would reach out so that we may thank you for your generosity.

(3) Pray that as we wait and watch God work, that our marriage would grow stronger by the day as God prepares our hearts to become future parents.

Thank you for loving us, supporting us, and walking beside us in this chapter of our story. Your prayers, encouragement, and kindness mean more to us than we could ever put into words. And one day — hopefully sooner than we can imagine — we cannot wait to introduce you to the little miracle who made us a family.
