(Donation Steps In Update Section) Hi, I am Matthew Howard, and me and my parents have been trying to adopt me, but we don’t have the funds, so we thought to start a donation page. This money will go to the last steps of adoption, because my biological father has agreed to sign over, which means, it will be way easier, but still expensive. We’ve been trying to do this for years, but we’re hoping to get it done and over with this year. Any donations are appreciated.
