Jill Yundt

is adopting a child from United States of America

Every day, he endures severe pain with no one to comfort him. He needs a family, and he needs one now. This sweet baby has never known the comfort of a parent’s arms. Although he is medically ready for discharge, he cannot leave because he has no home to go to. I am a single mother who has adopted children with severe, life-limiting medical needs, and I have experienced the heartbreaking loss of three of my children. That loss has only strengthened my commitment to give children with profound needs a loving home and a true childhood.

This baby boy has severe generalized Recessive Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (RDEB), a condition that causes wounds similar to third-degree burns from even the slightest friction. He deserves to be held, comforted, and to experience life in a home, not a hospital. I am ready to be his family, but I need help to overcome the financial barriers to bring him home. Your support will help give him the love, care, and childhood he has always deserved.

Every gift, no matter the size, brings him one step closer to leaving the hospital and finally knowing the love and comfort of a family. Please consider donating or sharing this page. Together we can give him the home and childhood he so desperately deserves. I have applied for grants, but unfortunately the funding cycles won’t allow decisions for several months, and he can’t linger in the hospital waiting for it.
