Our adoption story probably began before we had even met. It is amazing to look back at life and see how all the events have taken us to where we are now. We first met in Peru while Bryson was volunteering at an orphanage for a year and Meredith went to visit a friend at the orphanage for week. After that week, our relationship developed and 8 months later we were married. We had plans to go back to Peru for a year after we were married which fell through due to some unfortunate circumstances that had happened at the orphanage. After about 6 months, the desire to return still had not faded so we decided to return to Peru, volunteering at a youth transitional home, and during this time we also made visits to the orphanage that Bryson had previously volunteered at. We did not go to Peru with the intentions of adopting, but God had a different plan. We both felt God&'s calling to adopt a sibling group of three. Every child deserves to be part of a loving family, and we cannot wait to be able to bring these three children home with us. While we have made this decision to adopt and to take on all of the challenges including the financial burdens that go along with it, we want to give others a chance to be a part of our adoption journey.
