Dear friends, We find ourselves at a junction that we never dreamt we would be at this stage of our lives. As many of you know by now, a 16-year-old boy from Colombia has captured our hearts and we have invited him to become part of our family. We are as excited as he is that this dream will soon become a reality! We will be traveling to Colombia on October 8 to finalize our adoption process. I will be in Colombia for about two weeks and Craig will be there for 3-8 weeks, so hopefully our son will be home with us in early November. We have been able to communicate with him frequently, and our hearts are already being knit together. We love this boy so much! The cost of the adoption, including our travel and stay in Colombia, will be approximately $30,000. Several people have inquired about assisting us with the adoption costs, so we have created this site to help make tax-deductible donations possible.
