We are the Cook family. We have been married for 21 years and have a 6 year old daughter, Mya, who was adopted from China in 2009. She is cleft affected and is an inspiration to us and many others. Through the journey of adopting her, we believe God gave us a glimpse of His face. We have been led to adopt another child with medical needs and are open to His will for our family. We are also taking the limits off and will watch Him do amazing things! We are grateful to be on this journey again. "If you feel led" to help us here, in prayer and support, however you feel comfortable, we will be forever thankful! We may never be able to repay you for your generosity but know we will never forget it. We can&'t ignore God&'s call to adopt another child or children. We need to try to climb the financial barrier. We are able to meet the month to month needs of providing and have great insurance for the medical expenses but we are trying to offset the debt we incurred from years of infertility treatments and from our first adoption and possibly not to incur much more with this adoption if there are ways to help like this. We have stepped out in faith. We are not good at asking for anything so we are humbled by doing this. We believe God can provide in many ways. Thanks for your help!
