I (Rachel) felt the call to adopt after our first mission trip to Ethiopia in 2010. Jason was not quite ready to take this step yet. I began to pray about this daily and asked the Lord to either take this desire from my heart or give the desire to Jason. In March of 2013, Jason felt the call from the Lord for our family to adopt. (after several other mission trips) We are so excited about this process! We are scared but we both know that the Lord has called our family to adopt and we are trusting Him with all of it! We have two children now - Elijah age 9 and Leah Beth age 6. We are so excited to add another child to our family!
