We cannot thank you enough for taking the time to learn more about us and our adoption story. UPDATE: What an amazing God we serve…and what a daily reminder of this we have experienced over the last 2 months! That’s right Layne is now two months old and is growing like a weed–he has doubled his birth weight and is now almost 9 lbs! We continue to keep in contact weekly with his birth parents and have been blessed by the unselfishness and trust they show. We are excited to see how the relationship will grow over the years and are happy that Layne has SO many people that love him. The bureaucracy involved with this process is crazy (interstate paperwork, insurance, etc…) so we ask for prayer while the legalities are straightened out as well as for Layne’s heart. He was born with a somewhat common heart defect that is not causing any issues at the moment but we pray that this current state continues. Again, thank you again for your support!
