Peter & Mary Frey

are adopting a child from United States of America

We have BIG news!

We are adopting a baby!

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we are raising money for our adoption-related costs. The adoption process can cost up to $45,000 (or more!), and we are asking for your help toward these costs.

We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up. Your donations through this page will be tax-deductible and will go directly to the adoption agency.

Here's a video podcast of us telling our story that brought us to the decision to adopt. It's a bit long, but we wanted to share the long journey that God has brought us on in our 10 years of marriage. There is laughter. There are tears. And there is a humble amazement at the faithfulness of God amidst the ups and downs of our journey. He is faithful. He is good.

Congratulations Mary and Peter on your new little one that God has bestowed upon your heart! It's wonderful to see how far the rules to adopt have changed for the better since over 25 years ago when we tried to adopt. I had a genetic medical condition which made me unable to have a child of our own. I taught for over 25 years and those high school students in many ways became my kids. I'm so overjoyed that you both will be able to have a child or children(down the road)! God bless! May all your dreams come true today, tomorrow, and always. PS: Please let us know where your baby registry is so your yt family can help get things you need/desire for your little one. Thank you for sharing your beautiful journey with us!
