We never knew what an adventure this journey of adoption would take us on. We were married in 2001 and spoke about adoption early on in our marriage. We had a &'plan&' to begin our family one way but discovered God had a different idea. Through the guidance of our adoption agency, we had our first daughter, Hope, in 2010 through embryo donation. We have maintained contact with the donor family and have been in awe at how God brought the entire plan together. However, we have felt a constant tug and a call to care for another child and to expand our family. We know that adoption is God&'s idea and we really want to be a part of it. We have started the process of domestic adoption and are anticipating bringing a younger child into our family. We believe that God is writing a unique and incredible story for bringing the four us together. We have received so much encouragement through the years.
