Howdy! We are the Gremillion family of soon-to-be six! Allow me to introduce you to Dad and Mom Mark and Whitney, and beautiful and talented children Zachary (14), Riley (5) and Luke (2 1/2). We are in the process of bringing home six-year-old Margaret Rose. As Zack (home 10 months from China) says, then our sandwich will be complete…the boys are the bread and the girls are the chicken! God put adoption on our hearts long ago when I (Whitney) was told that I could not have biological children. After the birth of Riley and Luke, we knew that we needed to keep our adoption plans alive. Our plan was to adopt a toddler. God laughed, and pointed us toward our amazing son a little over a year ago. We had seven months to get him home before he aged out and was lost forever. Somehow, we did it. We traveled in December of 2014 and arrived home to Texas before Christmas. Zack is home now and is flourishing. Seeing adoption from this side of the Pacific Ocean (knowing that he was longed for, prayed for and wanted) has helped him heal from 13 long years in an orphanage. We love him so much. It&'s hard to remember life without him. When we found Maggie, we knew God was pointing us toward this child, too. We prayed a lot and once again asked God for signs that it was time to bring another child, specially this one, home. Maggie will be six in November. She was born with cleft lip and palate. Her lip has been repaired but her palate has not. Of course, she is adorable. We know little about her as of now, but we are told she is spunky and stubborn. Sounds familiar. ;) Please pray for our Maggie and thank you for helping us bring her home. Blessings!
