What a sweet, sweet place to meet with our friends and family to help bring our baby home!! Jeff and I know in our hearts bringing our baby home is God&'s will for our lives. It has been a bumpy and sometimes tough road to get here, but now that we are here we know we are standing in God&'s good and perfect will. For those of you who do not know our story Jeff and I have been together going on seven years and have been married for a year and a half. We both shared the dream of having children and raising a family. However, we were told almost a year and half ago after a long medical road, I should not carry a baby. What heartbreaking news it was for both of us. Now we know our God never shuts a door without opening a window!! What a perfect, sweet turn our lives took. We began pursuing adoption last May. It was such a natural choice for us as Jeff is adopted as well!! It has not always been easy. God led us to it and we know He will bring us through it. We have met so many wonderful friends through this process and we are so excited to see where else God will take us on this journey. We know we are stepping out in complete faith and dependence on our Lord here. He has led us through so much already. We had no idea where to start or where to go, but He has shown us every step. We are depending and BELIEVING God will use His people to help us financially. We have a huge goal to meet but we know He will work it all out in His time.
