Our journey began many years ago with a miscarriage, many prayers and disappointments about growing our family. In early May, I prayed a very familiar prayer. This time it was a more desperate prayer: "Lord, you gave a promise to Abraham for many descendants, what is your promise to us?" Around the same time in Los Angeles, two boys in the temporary care of an elderly missionary couple, prayed a prayer for a new mom and dad. On May 15, when we became aware of two boys in need of adoption, we knew we had to adopt them. When we met the boys for the first time on June 10th, we all hit it off; my husband and the boys talked about everything comic books, video games, and basketball for two hours! This was just the beginning of a new adventure… On June 28th, Jayce and Matt came to live with us. We are very lucky and excited about creating a family with our two sons. Although we have just begun the process of an independent adoption and the boys are not yet legally our sons, we are already knitted together in our hearts as a family. Thank you for your love, support, and continued prayer. You have no idea how much this means to all of us. Paul,Anne,Jayce,& Matt
