I am sure many people will ask themselves why would we adopt when we have three wonderful children already. We do have three amazing kids and a wonderful marriage filled with so much love. David and I would say, not how could we, but how could we not! A sweet little boy came into our lives this summer visiting from an orphanage in Kyrgyzstan. We immediately fell in love and realized how perfectly he fit into our family. The night before he was to leave, he was in tears; it was too much for a 9 year old boy who desperately wanted to stay. We held him as he told us how much he loved us. We looked into his tear filled eyes and knew without a shadow of a doubt that he was our son. We cannot explain the emotion, but we both knew we were meant to be his Mom and Dad and change his and our lives forever. We knew we had to do this and could financially provide for him once he was here, but international adoption costs are extremely high. We ask that you be part of our journey and help us bring him home. The saying, it takes a village, is true. By donating you can change his life.
