We are so happy to have completed our homestudy and just last week were matched with the most precious 5 year old boy!! We still have a bit more paperwork to process and then just waiting until the day we can bring him home. Please be praying for him now as we prepare things on this end for his arrival. Ask that God would ease his transition into our family and that even as our son gains an earthly father, one day he will seek a relationship with his Heavenly Father as well. ______________________ Seventeen years ago God brought us together with a common burden to one day adopt children. As time passed and our family grew with the addition of three beautiful children, Matthew (15), Olivia (13), and Ellie (9), that burden for so many children in need of love and compassion continued to burn in us. And so begins our adoption journey… We have been busy these last few months getting paperwork ready before leaving the US for a move to Nepal. We believe God has led us to adopt a special needs child from China, and move forward in faith that God will provide as He goes before us. We already love and pray for this child, a child that does not even know we exist. A child that does not know the love of mom, dad or a loving brother and sisters. But most of all we pray that this child will know the love of God, as we have come to know it so well. We ask that you be praying for our new child. We appreciate all your encouragement and support!
