The Lord placed adoption on our hearts a couple of years ago. It was always a "thought" in the back of our minds, but our own lack of faith kept us from moving forward; that is, until June of 2013. The Lord opened our eyes to the orphans&' needs, specifically in China. Our hearts were broken at the thoughts of so many children just left waiting. Many of whom have medical needs that will never be met unless they are adopted. We knew we couldn&'t "afford" the adoption process, but the Lord said "go" and here we are almost a year into the process and He has provided all of the funds we have needed this far! In October, He led us to our daughter An Mixue (Halle)! We found her on her third birthday! She is a precious little girl who already has our hearts. We cannot wait to bring her home and show her the love of a real family; something that she has never known! **We are only WEEKS away from traveling!!! The Lord has blown our minds in how He has provided for our adoption & we know that He will continue to provide until the last penny is raised! To Him be the glory!
