Before we were married, we knew it was in God&'s plan for us to build our family through adoption. In 2008, our prayers were answered when we adopted our son, Owen, from South Korea. He brings such joy to our lives. Almost as soon as he could talk, he started asking for a baby brother. Knowing that we wanted to add to our family as well, we started the adoption process of adopting a second child. In September of this year, we accepted the referral of a baby boy from South Korea. Owen is already a fantastic big brother. He prays for him every night, tells us things he will teach his brother and he even picked his name, Lincoln James. Lincoln lives with his foster family outside of Seoul and we are hoping to bring him home sometime in 2013. Through small pictures, a video and written updates we are already in love with this little guy. We can&'t wait to bring him home. Our family and friends have been so wonderful to encourage our adoptions with kind words, prayers and financial gifts. We feel so loved and blessed! It is such a great feeling to know that our sons have a terrific support system. Hurry home little one!
