Boy are we excited to become fathers!!!
This journey started for us when we were placed with a 1 month old baby boy from the county foster program. We fell in love and nurtured him for about 6 months, when he was reunited with his biological family.
After a lot of heartbreak and taking time to heal, we decide the time is right to try again to start our family, this time through private adoption. It is shocking to us that something like this can cost $50,000-$60,000 on average! That doesn't include the money already spent for the homestudy, consultant service, adoption profile book etc. This is why we are so grateful to donors like you who help ease the financial burden of this process.
