We’re excited to share some big news…

We’re adopting a child!

We can’t even express how excited we are to welcome a child into our lives. It’s been something we’ve hoped and wished for for a long time and we can’t believe it’s finally happening! We’re doing everything we can to get ourselves (including our pets) and our home ready.

As part of our adoption process, we’ve started a crowdfunding campaign. You may be surprised to hear (we definitely were when we got started) that adoption-related costs can reach $50,000 (or more!). We’ve set a goal of $25,000 to help with these expenses.

We greatly appreciate any support you are able to give (even if it’s emotional rather than financial). Over the past few months, we’ve come to realize “it takes a village” is even more true for adoption and we’re honored and humbled by how big and supportive our village truly is.
