Friends, family, and maybe even potential strangers, we have BIG news!
It is with great joy and excitement that we announce the Watts Family is adopting a child! This journey began many years ago for us. It has not always been easy, but it has been extraordinary to see the Lord’s hand at work. The doors he has closed and opened, the people he’s placed in our life, and the words he’s placed in our heart.
He has been preparing and equipping us for this journey the entire time. We know that the best is yet to come! He’s known our path from the beginning, and he’s been guiding our steps.
We are asking that you partner with us both in prayer and financially. Pray for divine appointment with our birth mother and father! Pray that the Lord gives the birth parents strength to choose life during this challenging time. Pray that the Lord opens doors that only He can open! We know that the Lord’s timing is perfect, and He will deliver our blessing in His perfect time, but until then we will continue to knock and ask. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $40,000 or more. This is a very expensive journey, and we know that what God has purposed he will provide. The Lord has placed beautiful friends in our life that are preparing multiple fundraisers, but if you feel lead to help outside of those opportunities please do so.
