Hailey de Wit

is adopting a child from United States of America

We are Wichert and Hailey de Wit. We have been married 4 years and both work full-time. Wichert works as a Director of Coaching for a youth soccer club, while Hailey is a full-time mommy.

We are beyond blessed and grateful that we have the opportunity to adopt for the second time after we adopted our daughter called Emersyn.

On June 24th of 2017 we got a phone call saying that there was a baby born on the 23rd, 2017 and if we were interested in adopting him. Of-course we said ‘YES!!’ We met Isaiah on the 25th of June and fell in love with this little boy immediately.

Our original plans to start our family were derailed, proving you cannot predict where life will take you. In our early stage of marriage, we discussed adoption and always wanted to do that. After having problems conceiving we decided to start the adoption process. Now that you know a bit more about us, we need your help. The adoption fees are between $20,000-$25,000 and due to some medical bills and the adoption happening so quickly we weren’t able to get the funds together.

You can be part of this adventure with your financial gift or simply by keeping us in your daily prayers. Should you choose to make a financial contribution it will be 100% tax deductible. Please consider sharing our story with others (family members/co-workers/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram, etc.) so that we can finalize the adoption and keep this little boy in our home. Your generosity will be appreciated in many ways and your investment will continue to pay dividends for many years to come. We plan to update our page regularly so that you will be aware of where we are in the adoption process and how things are going with us. Thank you!

Wichert, Hailey, Emersyn and Isaiah
