We have BIG news!
We adopted a baby girl! Luna Karli Wiltzius, born 6/26/20, 4 lbs 7 oz. She was born premature and has been in the NICU in Las Vegas. She's doing great but isn't eating completely on her own yet. Brandon and I have been going to the hospital every day to be with her, and we'll stay here in Vegas until she's discharged and can come home with us.
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $50,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $10,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.
