Hello Family and Friends! Zach and I are honored to have each of you along with us in this journey to bring our baby girl, Liza, home from India! The love and support we have felt from each of you is truly sustaining us as we go through this tedious process and wait for our baby to be in our arms! As we move closer to the finish line of bringing her home, we humbly ask that you please continue to think of us and hold us in your prayers. The waiting is hard and knowing she is there in an orphanage growing and reaching milestones without us is tough! Please pray for our spirits to remain encouraged and strong. Please especially pray for Liza. We pray that she remains healthy and thriving. We pray that in some small way her little heart knows how much love is waiting for her halfway across the world! We pray she feels the love and comfort of Jesus as she waits to come home to her family that this brave little one so deserves! Some have asked if there are other ways in which to support us in our journey. We would be lying if we didn’t admit … adoption is expensive! We have already incurred many expenses to reach this point in the process. The costs we still have ahead of us with travel to and from India and our time in country for an extended an unknown amount of time will be costly.
