Josh and I are adopting a baby!
We have been pooling all our time, money, and resources into our infertility battles for the last seven years with the answer that we will not be able to have biological children without medical intervention. Of course, God can change that and grant us biological children if He chooses, but for now He has has moved us on to adoption!
Josh and I have always had a heart for adoption even before we met and married. We just assumed our family would grow by birth first and adoption second. We are SO excited for the chapter of becoming parents to finally begin! This leap of faith is not without its scary side though; adoption can cost upwards of 40,000! A sad fact, but there it is. Josh and I certainly do not have 40,000 sitting in our bank, but God is good and we trust that He
will provide. However, that is a HUGE number. We are being careful with our expenses, and Josh is working as much overtime as he can to raise the money. Birth mothers are officially reviewing our profile right now, so we can be matched any day now. When we are matched, then we will have to come up with $20,000 within three business days, and the rest of the money by the time the baby is born.
We are specifically asking for a few things. First and foremost, we are asking for your prayers. Prayer is so
powerful and we know that God hears all of the prayers. Not only prayer for us, but prayer for the birth mother
and father, the baby and the rest of the pregnancy for the birth mother.
Second, we are asking you for your financial support if you have the resources to bless us. We know that not
everyone has extra money they can give us for the adoption and that is okay! Your prayers are most important
to us.

donations that are given to us for the adoption are tax deductible.
