We Have BIG News!
We’re so excited to share that we’re hoping to adopt again!
When we adopted Nash, we kept most of that journey private. This time, we’d love to invite you to be part of it with us.
One of the biggest reasons we feel called to adopt again is because we dream of giving Nash a sibling - someone to grow up with and share life with. We’ve seen how much love he has to give, and we know he’ll make a great big brother.
As part of the process, we’ve started a crowdfunding campaign. It might surprise you to know that adoption costs can easily add up to $45,000 or more, which is why we’ve set a goal of $50,000 to help cover the many expenses that come with growing our family this way.
If you’re able to give, we’d be incredibly grateful. And if not, we’d love and appreciate your prayers and encouragement as we go through this next chapter.
More than anything, we hope this journey helps build a loving community around our future child - one where they grow up knowing they were surrounded by care, generosity, and love from the very beginning.
Thank you for being part of our story.

National Adoption Month
November 12, 2025We didn’t even know there was such a thing as National Adoption Month until we adopted our son. Now it carries so much meaning for us.
Adoption has opened our eyes to the beauty, complexity, and courage within every story. We’re so thankful to be part of it and to see firsthand how love builds families in so many different ways! -
Update 4
What IS a Home Study?
October 28, 2025If you’ve ever heard someone talk about adoption, you’ve probably heard the words “home study.” It sounds a little formal, and it is, but it’s really the heart of the process that helps prepare families for adoption.
Since this is our second time going through it, it feels both familiar and brand new all at once. The home study is like opening the doors of our life and inviting someone in to really see us, our home, our marriage, our parenting, and our hearts for adoption.
It is a mix of paperwork, background checks, interviews, and home visits. We talk through everything from how we handle stress to how we parent our son and how we hope to continue growing as parents, both to him and to any future children God may place in our family.
If we’re being honest, it can feel a little invasive at times. It’s a long, detailed process that can sometimes feel like every part of your life is being picked apart and examined, all to decide if you’re “good enough” to be a parent. It can be humbling and emotional, and it takes a lot of patience and faith to walk through.
But it’s also deeply meaningful. It is emotional, practical, and challenging, yet absolutely worth every bit of effort. Each form, each conversation, each step brings us one step closer to the child God already knows belongs in our family. And that makes every part of the process worth it.

Adoption Puzzle Fundraiser — Finding Our Missing Piece
October 17, 2025We’re excited to share a special way for you to be part of our adoption journey!
We’ve chosen a 500-piece puzzle to help bring our next little one home.
Each piece represents a part of our story — and you can literally be part of it! Together, we’ll see this picture come to life as we trust God to guide us in finding our missing piece. Here’s how it works:
Each piece is $10, when you purchase a piece, we’ll write your name (or your family’s name) on the back. Once all 500 pieces are “sponsored,” we’ll put the puzzle together and frame it to hang in the baby’s room — a lasting reminder of the love, faith, and support that helped us bring them home. You can sponsor pieces by sending payment here (just comment puzzle in your donation) or reach out to us directly!

Update 2
Why Adoption?
October 7, 2025Hey everyone! We just wanted to share a little about our heart for adoption.
Adoption has been on our hearts since the early days of our marriage. Long before we knew that having biological children wouldn’t be possible, we often talked about the hope of adopting one day. I (Keni) grew up with many adopted friends, so I saw early on the beauty and blessing adoption can bring to a family. We always imagined it would be part of our story, even if we had biological children as well.
When we learned that we couldn’t have children biologically, we felt at peace about pursuing adoption. It didn’t feel like a backup plan—it felt like the path God had for us all along. Bringing our son home through adoption has been one of the greatest gifts of our lives. We’ve seen God’s faithfulness in the ups and downs of the process and experienced firsthand how love, not biology, makes a family.
Now, we’re stepping forward in faith again, beginning the journey to adopt a second time. We hope to give our son a sibling and welcome another child into our home. As we begin this new journey, we’re leaning on the same faith that carried us through before, trusting God’s timing and plan.

Update 1
A New Journey
September 28, 2025We’re excited to share an update on our second adoption journey! 💛
We’ve officially begun the home study process again. Walking through these familiar steps brings back so many memories of our first journey with our son — the paperwork, the prayers, the waiting, and the ways God faithfully guided us through it all.
We began the adoption process at the end of 2022, and in God’s perfect timing, we were matched with our sweet boy in 2024. Remembering that season fills us with gratitude for the Lord’s provision and strengthens our trust as we take this next step.
We know there will be seasons of waiting again, but we believe God is already at work writing this next chapter. We’d be so thankful for your prayers — for wisdom, patience, and for the child and family we have yet to meet.
