We are beyond thrilled to be adopting an infant, and we're doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home.
Most importantly, would you join us in prayer for this child? We will definitely need our community around us!
As part of the process, we have started this crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to know that adoption costs can top $35,000. We are extremely grateful that our employers' reimbursement benefits and the federal tax credit will bring down our costs considerably.
We have set a goal of $10,000 to help bring home Baby Reid (hopefully) in '23!

It's been a whirlwind the past couple of weeks! First, we learned we had been matched with twin boys! Then we got a call on the 24th that they had been born!
We are bringing one twin home today! And the other baby is still in NICU. Prayers appreciated!
We are headed to the beach tomorrow on a babymoon (last trip before Baby)! We are taking all of our baby stuff too, so that we'll be prepared if we get a call at the beach. :)
Our amazing neighbor is taking care of Piper. We are truly grateful!

We recently celebrated our third anniversay -- the last one before baby! We had a lovely dinner at Cheesecake Factory!
It's definitely a challenge to live every day with Baby on our minds -- always wondering, "When will the call come?" But while we're waiting, we're trying to get projects done around the house because we know we'll be a bit busy after Baby Reid arrives. :)
Happy Memorial Day! This weekend, we remember Jen's great-grandfather, Glenn, who gave his life in service to our country.
We could get a call at anytime to come to the hospital! There's also a chance we could be matched a couple of months before the baby is born.
