The West family is growing!

For many years, we have talked and prayed about adding to our family through adoption. With adopted siblings on both sides of our family, we have seen firsthand the beauty, challenges, and deep impact of this process. Early in his career, Jason had the privilege of working for an adoption organization for several years (the same one we’ll be using!) and starting an adoption ministry at his church in Maryland.

While it has been something on our hearts and minds for a long time, God has made it very clear to us over the past few months that now is the right time to move forward. So, we are excited to announce that we will be adopting a little girl from India!

Would you consider partnering with us through your prayer and support? International adoption is an expensive endeavor. With legal fees, home study costs, paperwork, and travel, it will cost about $45,000 to bring our daughter home. Though we will also be applying for grants and using our savings, we would like to invite you to love and care for our family through your generosity. Thank you for considering.     Next Stop: Home Study

    June 24, 2023

    We're happy to announce that we're now moving on to the next phase in our adoption journey! After working through a small mountain of paperwork over the past few months, we are now about to begin the home study process. We have our first meeting with our coordinator on July 15th. We've also raised almost $5,000 so far, and we are so grateful to each of you for your support and your prayers. We can't say thank you enough!
