  We Are ACTIVE!!!!

  September 5, 2025

  ✨ Exciting News! ✨

  We are officially ACTIVE and now receiving birth mother situations! That means we could be matched any day now, and we are so excited! This journey has already been filled with so much hope, love, and anticipation — and now things are becoming very real!

  As we move closer to growing our family through adoption, we’re still working toward our fundraising goal. We’ve made it halfway and are incredibly grateful for the support so far. We currently have $9,315 left to raise, and every donation — big or small — helps us take one step closer to bringing our future child home.

  If you feel led to give, we would be so thankful. And if a donation isn’t possible right now, we completely understand — simply sharing this post means the world to us and helps more than you know.

  HomeStudy Approved!

  August 19, 2025

  We’re Home Study Approved! 💛

  We’re so excited to share that we’re officially home study approved! This is a huge step forward in our adoption journey, and we’re deeply grateful for all the love, prayers, and encouragement we’ve received along the way.

  To help move forward, we’ve taken out a loan to cover a large portion of the adoption costs. But as many of you know, expenses like travel, legal fees, and extended waiting periods continue to add up. We’re currently working to raise $10,475 to help offset those ongoing costs and lighten the financial load of the loan.

  We completely understand that times are tough and not everyone is in a place to give financially—please know that your prayers, encouragement, and simply sharing in our excitement mean just as much to us.

  If you do feel led to give or share our story, we would be so grateful. Every bit of support brings us closer to the day we welcome our child home. 💛

  Adoption Consultant &Home Study Process

  May 3, 2025

  We are super excited to announce that we are officially signed with our consulting company and are working diligently to get our home study completed! 🎉🎉🎉

  This time last year we thought, oh this will all be a piece of cake, we will finish in no time… That certainly was not the case. We have learned a lot in the past year and now with great knowledge and guidance from our wonderful consultant, we know what to expect and what our goals are.

  With that being said I want to take a moment to thank all who have lifted us up in prayer, shared our posts and adoption website as well as those who have supported us financially.

  And lastly we ask for continous prayers for us, our birth mother and Baby Whitehead ♥️

  Adoption Yard Sale

  ‼️ Adoption Update ‼️
  We had a great call with our home study provider to start the week off and are excited to get the home study completed so we can go active!!! 🥰

  ‼️ Fundraising Update ‼️
  We will be hosting an adoption yard sale June 7th and June 8th at my parent’s house in Acworth.
  If you have any items you would like to donate for us to sell and the proceed to go to our adoption fund, we are planning to collect items the week of May 12th-18th.

  Bonfire T-shirt Fundraiser

  March 16, 2024

  We are super excited about our T-shirt launch! We have two designs available in multiple colors, shirt types and sizes!
  We of course wanted to keep the smiley face going as it has been such a huge part of this journey so far and truly symbolizes the joy that adoption brings to the families it touches and one more child loved, because love makes a family! We also have The Greatest Adventure shirt, as we wanted to symbolize the journey we are on with domestic adoption.
