We have BIG news!

WE ARE ADOPTING!

Even before Veronica and I were married, we knew that God was calling us to adopt. During our engagement, as we dreamed about what our family would one day look like, God made it clear to us that we should adopt. All these years later, and we are finally taking the steps of faith to see this dream come true!

We desire to adopt a child into our family to show the love of God that we have received through Christ. The Bible teaches that the only reason we know God as Father is because he adopted us into His family to be His children (Ephesians 1:5; Galatians 4:4-7). Because we have been so deeply loved by Him, we want to show this love to a child in need of a daddy, mama, and siblings. It is both our calling and joy to share the care and compassion of Christ through adoption (James 1:26-27).

We are doing everything we can to get prepared to welcome a new little one into our family. As we go through training, paperwork, home studies, and so much more, we will need the support of our family and friends. First, we need your prayers. The one consistent piece of advice we have received from other families who have adopted is: the one thing to expect in this journey is the unexpected! There will be highs and lows, victories and challenges, and joys and frustrations ahead. We will need your prayers to sustain us through this process.

Secondly, we will need your financial support. Unfortunately, there are lots of costs to cover the adoption process. But we know we have the love and support of so many friends and family members, and with you we believe God will provide all that we need to make this dream a reality.
